I saw the tutorial on this last night (after I had put all my card making supplies in their boxes and stacked them up around the dining room) and just had to try it even though it was almost midnight. I found the tutorial on Split Coast Stampers. If is really very simple to put together.
When you pull the sides of the card, a surprise pops up :-)
