Menu Monday - a day early :-)

I know I won't have time to post the menu tomorrow so am doing it tonight. I am beginning the Wellness Challenge at work this week so meals are going to have to be healthier!

Monday - Chicken Alfredo Rigatoni (Schwan's frozen entree - maybe not so healthy :-)

Thursday - Crock African Chicken and Noodles

Friday - Baked Fish

Saturday - Raspberry Balsamic Chicken
Baked Potato

Sunday - Club Salad
Crackers and Cheese
